Vanishing ex-publican says sorry to searchers

AN INVERNESS businessman who sparked a major air and land search when he disappeared last week has apologised for the trouble he caused.
A huge emergency response – costing tens of thousands of pounds – was launched after Ewan Barras was reported missing from his home at Milton of Leys.
The 46-year-old former publican was found safe and well on Friday and returned home to his family at the weekend.
