Scottish tourist killed as balloon explodes at 1,000ft

A Scottish tourist was killed and her husband seriously injured in a horrific hot-air balloon crash in Egypt.
Perth woman Yvonne Rennie was one of 19 people who died when the craft exploded 1,000ft in the air and burst into flames above the city of Luxor.
The Foreign Office confirmed that two British nationals and one British resident had died. A fourth Briton – understood to be Michael Rennie, 49 – has survived and is being treated in hospital.
