Tourists won’t be able to spend a penny here

PLANS to close more than a dozen Moray public toilets have sparked outrage across the region.

The local authority announced yesterday the facilities it intends to close as part of its drive to cut annual spending by £30million.

The move will save the council £60,000 a year – but community representatives raised concerns last night about the impact on tourism.
