Student rivals relishing annual contest

More than 700 students from the University of Aberdeen and Robert Gordon University will lock horns in the keenly contested Granite City Challenge next week.
The two teams will go head-to-head across 30 sports including downhill mountain biking, Gaelic football, rifle shooting and trampoline in addition to more conventional sports such as football, rugby, hockey and badminton in the largest sporting event in Britain.
