Concern over player contracts

Aberdeen manager Craig Brown hopes his successor can be in place quickly to resolve the fate of several first-team players at Pittodrie.

Midfielder Gavin Rae, who postponed plans to emigrate to Australia to join the Dons in January 2012, has an offer to move Down Under at the end of the season.

Rae is waiting to discover whether he will be offered a new deal from the Dons as are Isaac Osbourne, Rob Milsom, Rory Fallon, Gary Naysmith and Josh Magennis.
