Leaders worship together as world looks on

It could be any church in the country.

The early afternoon sun is shining through stained glass windows, creating a giant kaleidoscope as different-coloured lights reach up towards the high ceilings.

The unmistakable smell from the hand-crafted oak pews fills the air, and bookshelves are brimming with carefully-stacked Bibles.

But the sound echoing through the huge granite arches is not a hymn – it is Moslem prayer.
