Masterful Mahady is aiming for track reign in Spain

Aberdeen AAC’s Laura Mahady is going for gold in the European masters track and field champion- ships which open in San Sebastian, Spain, today.

The Scottish record holder will compete in the over-55 age group 400metres, 800m and 4x200m with strong hopes of winning medals in each event and, perhaps, claiming a world record or two along the way.
