Trump claims his human rights have been breached
Donald Trump has claimed a decision to approve a windfarm off the Aberdeen coast has breached European human-rights laws.
The developer says his company was denied a fair hearing by Scottish ministers who refused to hold a public inquiry into the £230million test centre.
In a legal challenge lodged yesterday, the Trump Organisation has called on judges at the Court of Session to reverse the planning permission granted in March.
