Chaos fear as planners back massive scheme
COUNCIL planners have backed proposals to build more than 300 new homes on the outskirts of a Highland town – despite a flood of objections.
The consortium behind the Nairn South development claims it will feature an attractive layout and that some of the properties will evoke the seaside community’s Fishertown area and west end villas.
It is promising starter and detached homes, townhouses and flats, and open space, gardens and allotments are included in its scheme.
