Redundant workers face three-month wait for final pay packet
Workers who have been made redundant from a Moray shipbuilding firm could have to wait up to three months for their final wages.
The news that Buckie Shipyard was going into administration shocked the community.
The firm, which is 110 years old, has struggled to cope with cash-flow problems and has made 68 workers redundant with immediate effect. It designed and built ships and refurbished and maintained vessels.
