McInnes praise for returning Considine
Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes has praised Andrew Considine for the strength of character shown by the defender in recovering from a broken leg.
The 26-year-old, who suffered the injury against Dundee last December, strolled through last week's 3-2 Energy Cities Community Cup win against Norwegian outfit Viking FK at Pittodrie and is now hoping to be involved in Saturday's trip to Firhill to face Partick Thistle.
McInnes is delighted to have Considine, who was Aberdeen's player of the season in 2011-12, back fit and available.
