Sex-swap farmer grew drugs ‘to stop suicidal thoughts’
A sex-swap cannabis farmer caught with illicit crops worth more than £10,000 has been spared a jail sentence.
Sol Freeman, 46, grew the drugs at her home in Aberdeenshire and used them to self-medicate while she underwent a gender transformation.
She said they helped her beat the depression she suffered living as a man.
