Council’s £2m underspend
The leader of Aberdeenshire Council has said that he is happy with a projected budget underspend of £2million for the current financial year.
This will be the fourth year in a row that the council has failed to spend all the cash it had allocated, however the figure is a significant reduction compared to previous years.
Last year the council posted a £26.432million underspend with £26million and £20million the years before.
