Gordon aims to inflict damage
Inverness remain in second place despite defeats to Partick Thistle and St Johnstone, while County are in ninth, just three points off the league’s top six.
The rivals meet on Friday night and Gordon said: “I am not surprised Inverness have done well as they had a good season last year as well.
“They have not really made many changes to their team and have more or less stuck to the same 11 every week, but if they are winning games and doing well there is no need to change.
