More storms forecast as the clean-up begins
A major clean up was under way in the north yesterday after the storm which caused misery for Christmas travellers.
But further bad weather is on the way and forecasters have issued weather warnings for tomorrow.
Winds of more than 70mph caused widespread disruption across the north on Christmas Eve, causing flights and ferry services to be cancelled and hitting the power supplies to more than 3,000 homes.
