Residents ‘kept in the dark’ on £25m project
Council officials have met representatives of the firm behind a controversial Moray development three times since June, but there is no record of the discussions.
The £25million Redco Milne scheme at Forres has sparked fierce local opposition since it was first tabled in 2008.
The company was granted outline planning permission for a supermarket, petrol station and three retail units at Bogton Road, despite scores of objectors speaking out at a hearing in June last year.
