Logan’s run is directly into the semis
Aberdeen completed their January transfer window business yesterday with two players leaving the club and a new defender joining the ranks in time for tomorrow's League Cup semi-final against St Johnstone at Tynecastle.
Brentford right back Shaleum Logan, 26, has signed on loan until the end of the season, while Josh Magennis joined St Mirren on loan and Chris Clark's contract was terminated.
Joe Shaughnessy is suspended for the Tynecastle semi-final so Logan, formerly of Manchester City, could make his debut in Aberdeen's biggest match of the season to date.
