Geech aghast as Scots hurtle to another wooden spoon
Former Scotland coach Sir Ian McGeechan admits watching the current team is a painful experience.
The Scots are staring at a fourth six nations wooden spoon after losing their opening two games – against Ireland and England – and McGeechan says he is still hurting over their 20-0 whitewash by Stuart Lancaster’s Three Lions team at Murrayfield last Saturday.
“It was very painful,” said McGeechan.
