GOLFERS from transport operator FirstGroup were given some top tips by Paul Lawrie at Peterculter Golf Club as a reward for the company’s support of the area’s rising talent.

The 1999 Open champion played a round with nine First employees who are aiming to book a place on the team to compete at the Aber-deen Corporate Decathlon golf challenge on 11 July.

Lawrie said: “First have offered great support to my golf foundation, especially in junior golf, so it is great to come along and play golf with the guys.”
