CONSTRUCTION company Mansell said yesterday it had successfully completed a £7.5million contract to refurbish the Aberdeen offices of oilfield service firm Vetco Gray.

The work at Silverburn House, Bridge of Don, involved a total refurbishment of the five-storey office block, including the walls, floors and ceilings, and refitting all of the electrical and heating systems.

Mansell business development manager Doug Duncan said he was delighted the exciting yet challenging seven-month project had been a success.

Silverburn House is used by about 500 Vetco Gray employees.

Vetco Gray is a division of GE Oil and Gas.
