Councillors’ lifeline for Doonies Farm

HOPE springs eternal for those fighting to save Aberdeen’s Doonies Farm from becoming another casualty of the city’s very own cash crisis. Councillors yesterday held out a lifeline to the Friends of Doonies, giving them six months to demonstrate that their business plan will allow the rare breeds farm to pay its own way. We hope, for future generations, that their plan succeeds.
