tynecastle club assures players their wages will be forthcoming after problem
Berra sees a bonus as Jambos get into gear

Defender Christophe Berra is confident the Tynecastle players will pick up their overdue wages this week and he is pleased their pay packets will be boosted by a win bonus after Saturday’s victory against Caley Thistle.
It was revealed on the morning of the match that the Edinburgh club's Lithuanian owners had failed to pay the playing staff their wages due to a technical problem.
Assurances were made the money would arrive by tomorrow morning but the off-field problems were not reflected on the pitch as Hearts picked up three points thanks to Saulius Mikoliunas's seventh-minute winner.
Berra said: “We have been told it is due to a technical hitch and we accept that. The way I look at it is that we will get paid more next week now because we will also get a win bonus. This is the first time this has happened and we have no reason to think it will happen again.”
Hearts manager Csaba Laszlo side-stepped the issue.
He said: “I do not know anything about this. I will have to ask my wife because I do not check my account. Maybe I will ask the players about it. I work only for the football, what happens behind the scenes is not my concern."
