New names go on cups

TWO new names were added to the women’s shinty knockout cups at Ballachulish on Saturday.

Tir Conaill Harps withstood a determined Glengarry fightback to lift the Camanachd Cup after a 2-1 victory while Badenoch and Strathspey produced a powerful performance to overwhelm Strathglass 11-0 in the Challenge cup final.
