THE fifth annual Northern Star Business Awards dinner at Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre proved to be a glittering black-tie occasion for 1,000 guests.

It was organised by Aberdeen and Grampian Chamber of Commerce.

TV presenter Kate Thornton hosted the awards night and no expense was spared either with the entertainment which included American singer Jocelyn Brown.
