Women’s teams go indoors

INDOOR action takes pre- cedence this weekend as the women’s hockey season enters its next phase.

The north indoor leagues play on Saturday and, on Sunday, the north’s National League teams get their indoor season under way.

The north teams in National League indoor action are promoted Bon Accord MBC, Senergy Aberdeen Ladies, Tinto Granite City Wanderers and Quasar.

Merlins Gordonians have dropped out of Division 3 for this season.

SATURDAY

NORTH INDOOR LEAGUE – Linksfield Academy and CEC – 2.0 – Granite City Wanderers 2nds v Grammar FPs (Div. 1). 3.0 – Hazlehead v RGU (Div. 2). 4.0 – Ellon v Bon Accord MBC 2nds (Div. 1). 5.0 – Bon Accord MBC 3rds v Granite City Wanderers 3rds (Div. 2).

OUTDOOR – Rosyth 1.0 – Alpha Data Dunfermline v Granite City Wanderers (NL2).

DISC Dundee 2.30 – Dundee University v Aberdeen University (NL3).
