If I wanted to put a loft extension or granny flat on to my house, I would have to submit proper plans drawn up by an architect. So why have ACSEF for months past been promoting their scheme for the Gardens on the basis of a set of half-baked 'artist's impressions' depicting a flat concrete expanse, if such isn't what they now envisage?
