Well first of all Mr Hay, Trump is an obnoxious bully and a vandal by any normal standards of behaviour, so the onus is on you to explain why you feel otherwise. Secondly, Mr Loon, are you trying to say that the dunes are only worth retaining for as long as we stand on them? They are a natural feature, an asset of outstanding beauty and scientific interest, which could not be replaced by Trump if he tried. Their status is independent of whether someone is actually walking across them. Unlike his golf course, which will have no purpose or value whatsoever when it is lying unused, uncelebrated, and unsung. (And quite possibly unfinished...)
