Yes, employment is needed. My reference to local imcome tax was in reponse to your remarks re income generation. That would provide significantly larger revenue streams as opposed to council tax. At then end of the day, we require developments that will benefit ALL the residents, not just a few wealthy individuals. I would hope your assertions in regard to local producers will unfold, but, with profit being the ulterior motive in this development, I won't hold my breath however. Regretably I have to get on now, but thanks for the discussion.
