Minnie: recon youread the paper, same as me. Notice where Sir Ian Wood hopes that the "myth" that UTG are to be covered in concrete will be dispelled by the forthcoming displays of potential layouts. What planet is he on? We all reailise that The Gardens HAVE to be covered in concrete in the first place!
