Dave, while the likes of Italy's incorrigible "Libertine" or Russia's self-styled "Macho Man" are indeed bizarre caricatures, their actual public politicking shows relative gravitas. It's the pettinesses and narrow mindedness characteristic in the politics of Scotland's incessant "Blusterer" that's telling.
