Ha ha, nice try Craig Brown. James McKenzie indeed! Is that your Internet alias? Injuries have had nothing to do with the amount of times you've deployed a 4-5-1 formation, likewise Wednesday night with Vernon on his own. As ineffective as they are, Mackie, Megginson and Chalali weren't injured were they? That aside, how many transfer windows has Brown had to build a capable and balanced side. What makes you believe this close season he's going to get it right? He filled the team with centre backs and central midfielders when it was glaringly obvious to everyone there was zero width in this side. He sets us up like his Scotland sides of the past, solid (sometimes) sure, but so laboured and mechanical. He doesn't do flowing attacking football with any flair. Any flair players he does sign with any hint of creativity don't get a look in. A football dinosaur and it's time he was made extinct and someone else who's younger and ambitious is given a chance.
