MY HEAD’S burst, and not because I’ve been battering it against a wall – battering it against a wall would be a relief (it is a relief – I’ve tried it a few times).

IN this, the final part of my Stonehaven Half Marathon drama, I can confirm that I did in fact finish the race on Sunday – against the odds perhaps, but not as planned.

I’M ON a knife edge. What will become of Ben Coulter – on trial for the rape and murder of a young woman, but almost certainly innocent? Will justice prevail? Will the truth unravel? Or will our criminal justice system – “the best in the world”, according to Ben’s father – fail him and further ensnare the truth?
