A popular Scottish bar and restaurant chain is looking at a move to Aberdeen.
Bar Soba, which launched as a pop-up eatery at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 1997, now has five sites across Glasgow, Edinburgh and Leeds.
The chain is considering opening a new branch in the Granite City after a £3million investment by the Business Growth Fund.
The company, which serves creative cocktails and South-East Asian street dishes, hopes to eventually operate at 30 different locations throughout the UK.
