Connagh Howard has been dumped from the winter Love Island villa.

The model and actor became the third contestant to leave the ITV2 show, after Ollie Williams departed to reunite with his ex-girlfriend, and Eve Gale was eliminated.

Friday’s tense recoupling saw Siannise Fudge forced to save either Connagh or Nas Majeed, after the boy she fancied, newcomer Luke T, was chosen by former Miss Newcastle Rebecca Gormley.

A furious Siannise confronted Rebecca over the shock move, telling her: “It’s like a kick in the teeth. It’s like you have gone behind my back. We will talk more about this later.”

Connagh was left single after Sophie Piper recoupled with coffee bean salesman Connor Durman, who she had previously been in a pair with.

The ceremony also saw Paige Turley make a difficult decision.

The former Britain’s Got Talent contestant, who once dated Lewis Capaldi, was forced to choose between newcomer Luke M and Finn Tapp.

She chose the latter, saying it was a choice between “my head and my heart”.

Twin Jess Gale decided to save Luke M and coupled up with him.

The tense elimination came after the two new boys – Luke M and Luke T – entered the villa and invited three girls each on dates.

Luke M and Paige appeared to connect most on their date.

And afterwards, she admitted that her head had been turned, telling Shaughna Phillips that she was “spinning”.

Speaking in the Beach Hut, she admitted: “We have a predicament.”

Love Island continues on ITV2.
