Property advisor Ryden has announced a string of promotions, including Inverness office boss Charlie Lawrence being made a partner.

Mr Lawrence has been with Ryden since 2003. He was promoted to associate in 2007 and has headed up the Inverness office since 2010.

Leading the growth of the firm’s most northerly office in Scotland, he has completed projects with clients including Ark Estates, Moray Estates and New Land Assets.

Ryden’s Inverness branch has grown turnover over the past year and is currently helping to service a lucrative contract the firm has with the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service.

The other promotions see four people, including Andrew Smith in Aberdeen, become associate partners.

Another four employees, including Linda Cameron in Inverness, where Ryden has also taken on an office administrator, have been given more senior roles.

Bill Duguid, Ryden’s Aberdeen-based managing partner, said: “I am proud to reward the hard work and results achieved by these outstanding nine individuals after an encouraging year for Ryden, where we recorded our best results since before the recession.

“With an improving economic picture translating into increased transactional activity across the wider Scottish property markets, we look forward to seeing our clients’ businesses grow and supporting them in achieving their ambitions.”

Ryden has offices in Aberdeen, Inverness, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee and Leeds.
