Multrees Walk comes to Aberdeen
Multrees Walk comes to Aberdeen

Deluxe shopping is on its way to Aberdeen as Edinburgh’s luxury retail hub Multrees Walk prepares to showcase top brands including Manolo Blahnik – available exclusively in Scotland for the first time – at an event being held next week.

Next Thursday26 June, high-end brands Harvey Nichols, Links of London, Mulberry and Castle Fine Art, among others, will take their hottest collections to Aberdeen for one night only.

Guests will be able to sample high-end fashion brands including Manolo Blahnik, Givenchy and Victoria Beckham with the expert guidance of a Harvey Nichols personal shopping consultant. There will also be an exclusive prize draw to win a day’s pampering at Harvey Nichols, Edinburgh.

Luxury beauty brand fans will be in product heaven, with pampering makeovers available from Tom Ford Beauty, Nails Inc and Electric Hairdressing, which launched at Harvey Nichols Edinburgh last month. Mulberry will showcase its autumn/winter 2014 collection, and customers will be able to pre-order the Cara Delevingne collection, which is not due in stores until September.

Links of London will present its latest watch and jewellery collections, including Star Dust, Mini Friendship, Hope and Keepsakes, in addition to a selection of men’s gifts and accessories. Guests will have the chance to win one of five Links of London Star Dust bracelets, and the company is even taking along its master engraver to personalise purchases with complimentary hand engraving.

Castle Fine Art will present a selection of stunning art work from some of Scotland’s’ leading contemporary artists, with original and signed limited-edition pieces by Billy Connolly, Alexander Millar and Stuart McAlpine Miller.

Claire Yetton, sales and marketing manager at Multrees Walk, said: “Multrees Walk has thousands of loyal customers in Aberdeen, who visit and revisit our beautiful shops, so we thought we would repay the compliment by bringing our businesses closer to home for one evening.

“Aberdonians have a keen sense of style and good quality and our very special event on Thursday, June 26, will include a range of clothes, shoes, bags, jewellery and other accessories to fit the bill. And thanks to the participation of Castle Fine Art, guests will be able to dress their walls stylishly, too.”

The Multrees Walk Aberdeen shopping event will take place from 5–8pm on Thursday, June 26, at The Chester Hotel, 59-63 Queen’s Road, Aberdeen. Tickets for the event are priced at £20, which includes a welcome drink on arrival, canapes and deluxe goody bag to take home, and are available from
