What: Kippie Lodge’s 39th cel-am golf tournament and dinner dance.
Where: Peterculter Golf Club and a marquee on the lawn at Kippie Lodge.
Who: 20 teams of four golfers took part in the sporting tournament with 200 kind-hearted guests attending the evening’s dinner dance. Sporting celebrity appearances included Steve Lomas, Roger Uttley, Lawrie Sanchez, Willie Thorne and Alan Wells.
Why: Guests attended the event to raise funds for both Clan Cancer Support and children’s medical research charity Sparks. The evening’s activities saw guests take part in a raffle, a game of heads and tails as well as putting their best bids forward for both a silent and live auction, helping raise £30,000 on the night. The event was kindly sponsored by Balmoral Group, Burness Paull, Powerjacks and Tam International.
