Independently owned Kirkwood Homes is the second house builder to release homes at the desirable site, where it will offer a selection of luxury two, three, four and five-bedroom homes.
There will also be three brand-new house types available at this development: The Birse, The Potarch and a spacious and extremely luxurious five-bedroom townhouse – The Balmoral.
In all, 57 luxury apartments, semi-detached and detached homes as well as executive townhouses will be available here, each of which will have a full design package, including German Hacker kitchens with Siemens appliances and solid worktops throughout, as well as Villeroy and Boch sanitaryware, complete with stunning Porcelanosa ceramic tiling in all of the bathrooms, en suites and cloakrooms.
