“We were blessed with dry weather and were able to enjoy some tea, sandwiches and cakes out in the garden which has a lovely open view of the surrounding countryside.

“The Grange, which is well situated and within easy commuting distance of Aberdeen, has already been very successful for us in a relatively short space of time. We took a number of early reservations from plan and our range of three, four and five bedroom family homes are appealing strongly to the local market.”

Buyers who want to be in a stunning new home at The Grange for the autumn can go and pay a visit now, to be assured of securing the housetype of their choice. There are properties ready for reservation, priced from only £234,500.
