The countdown to Stewart Milne Homes’ new community at Countesswells is now under way.

Buyers are able to reserve a home in one of Aberdeen’s most sought-after neighbourhoods from the start of September.

The first homes in Aberdeen’s newest community will feature two and three-bedroom mews, three-bedroom semi-detached and three, four and five-bedroom detached homes – catering for a range of lifestyles and buyers.

Nestled between Hazlehead Woodland, Foggieton Wood and Countesswells, the premier new settlement combines an idyllic setting, where modern life can be enjoyed in tranquil and beautiful surroundings, with excellent accessibility to the north, south, east and west of Aberdeen.

No detail has been overlooked in the design of Countesswells and the award-winning housebuilder is creating a community where people can live life to the full, with abundant green spaces, including a large central park, woodland trails, tree-lined streets, cycle paths and horse trails offering a variety of leisure, social and sporting opportunities.

John Low, managing director at Stewart Milne Homes, said: “It is an extremely exciting time as we get ready to release the first homes at Countesswells. Our vision is to create homes, green spaces and amenities that match the quality of the beautiful setting that first inspired us to create a community here.

“Our goal was to design a place for people to enjoy and to live. Through careful planning, Stewart Milne Homes’ at Countesswells will present a home for everyone, whether you’re a first-time buyer looking for a great first home or a growing family in search of plenty of space for the kids to grow.

“Countesswells will offer an inspirational way of life where residents can take advantage of living in a beautiful picturesque community in reach of all the benefits that Aberdeen city offers nearby. This is the start of an exciting chapter in the story of Countesswells and we’re looking forward to bringing to life the vision that so many people have worked to deliver over the last several years.”

The location of Countesswells is one of the most accessible areas of Aberdeen with excellent transport links to the city centre. The community is also just minutes from the west-end suburb of Kingswells, with access to Prime Four Business Park and the Urban Village Resort.

Designed for 21st-century living, Countesswells will include healthcare facilities, retail and leisure space and local business opportunities. The community will also include a new secondary school and two new primary schools, making it the perfect spot for young and growing families to live in a unique location.
