Chris Farman is 30-years old and started off his career in construction, something a bit different from what he is doing now.
Originally from Cove, Chris has gone from structural and passive protection within the construction industry, to working at UK Fitness Food, and Jack’s Steakhouse as director and created UK Fitness Food in 2016.
Chris said: “I started UK Fitness Food to provide a unique service to the local health and fitness community.
“Having gained many years in combat sports, and successfully building the Aberdeen Fitness and Combat Centre, I discovered the constant need for correct nutrition, and meal preparation.”
In UK Fitness Food there are several ways to build up your package, designed to create an affordable personal service, individual to your own needs and goals. You can choose from three full meals a day or something as simple as a breakfast and snack.
