A drink driver who drove while nearly five times the legal alcohol limit has been sentenced.
Christina Mattison, of Gead Gorm, Carloway, Lewis, previously pleaded guilty to driving in Carloway with a reading of 240mg against the 50mg maximum level in June 2015.
The 49-year-old was serving a 12 month disqualification at the time, Stornoway Sheriff Court heard at an earlier hearing.
On that occasion Mattison was banned for three years and full sentence was deferred until yesterday when Sheriff David Sutherland imposed a community payback order.
She was instructed to carry out 80 hours of unpaid community service work and will be under supervision for the next 12 months.
