UPDATE: 12.51pm- The road has now been re-opened following a medical emergency involving a cyclist. Emergency services are at the scene of a busy Moray road that has been shut due to a traffic incident. The B9040 between Hopeman and Lossiemouth has been closed off until further notice while the incident is dealt with.
