Well it is every jokers favourite day of the year- April Fools day.

We thought we would mark the occasion with some of the best pranks from companies and organisations across the internet today.

1) Goldfish tracker

Lost your goldfish?
Lost your goldfish?

You’d have to be pretty wet to be taken in by this!

An online pet medicine shop told the press they had come up with a novel way to keep a track on your goldfish.

According to VioVet, their ‘Goldfish Tracker XL’ will “ensure owners never have the problem of a misplaced fish again”.

The release adds: “The technology, which produces a highly accurate GPS location operable through satellite signalling services, can locate the goldfish from up to 180 centremetres away, and is proficient in goldfish bowls up to 100 metres deep. The signal produced sends a beam directly to a computer, which has been optimised with VioVet’s latest 3.5” floppy disk software (Windows 95 operable – installation disk is included with the tracker).”

Sony have announced their latest console- which lets gamers play while they swim.

The Playstation Flow, made by the ‘PlayStation Wearable Entertainment Technology (P-WET) group’.

A statement from the company said the new machine: “combines PS4 gaming with real-life swimming. When you get to an underwater section of a game… you can hit pause, head to your nearest pool, dive in and resume playing through PlayStation Flow.

“With underwater environments in games becoming more and more realistic, we think that PlayStation Flow provides a natural enhancement to player experience.”
