Nick Clegg’s visit to an English college ended in farcical scenes this afternoon as a students trousers fell down as he approached the Deputy Prime Minister.
It appeared the student, like a number of others, simply wanted a ‘selfie’ with Clegg, however, as he stood beside the politician, his trousers fell down and ended up at his ankles.
Clegg, who had been visiting Solihull College, appeared unsure whether the stunt was accidental or deliberate patted the student on the shoulder and continued walking.
However, after returning home Clegg took to Twitter to joke about the incident.
