Earlier this month, Aberdeen was graced with the presence of two of fastest armed ships in the world.

Norwegian stealth missile ships, HNoMS Skjold and the HNoMS Skudd, arrived in the north-east port on Thursday, May 23 and berthed until the following Monday.

But what other ships have arrived in The Granite City over the years?

From steam cruisers, submarines and super yachts, here are 24 of the most impressive, weirdest and down-right massive ships to have docked in Aberdeen Harbour.
