With the English Premier League title won, the Champions League placings just about confirmed and only three league games to go, attention has well and truly turned to the summer’s transfer news.
Chelsea may have claimed the league title but Jose Mourinho is keen to improve the attacking options within his squad.

The London Evening Standard report Chelsea are prepared to pay a transfer fee of £22m for the Argentine, while Italian news outlet Sport Mediaset report the Blues have already made the offer for the striker.

Chelsea have declared an interest in Barcelona’s Pedro, according to the Daily Mail.
The paper reports the Stamford Bridge club were made aware of his availability earlier this year and will now look to bring him to London. The Spaniard has struggled to break into the Barca team due to the form of attacking trio Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar.

Italian media outlet Tuttomercatoweb also believe Chelsea are looking to sign a flair player from La Liga… however, they believe that man is Atletico Madrid winger Antoine Griezmann.
French international Griezmann currently has a £43million buyout clause in his contract but with Atletico trying to tie him down to a new deal with a larger release clause, it is reported he is considering rejecting the deal in favour of a move to Stamford Bridge.

Liverpool have reportedly joined the growing number of clubs looking to sign former Newcastle midfielder Yohan Cabaye and could offer £10million for the Paris St Germain man.
