Efforts are continuing today to put out a fire on a Peterhead fishing boat.
Fire and rescue crews spent the day tackling the flames on the Ardent II at Peterhead’s Port Henry Harbour after reports of the incident at 5.39am.
About 40 firefighters were called from Peterhead, Maud, Ellon and Fraserburgh after the alarm was raised, along with the town’s lifeboat and the coastguard.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said the incident was still ongoing.
