Police have taped off a street in Aberdeen amid reports there is a man on top of the Bon Accord Centre.
Broad Street and Littlejohn Street have been closed while police deal with the matter.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said they had received a call from the police at around 7.36am. Three units, one from central and two from North Anderson, were sent along with a height vehicle.
Firefighters used the height vehicle to bring the man down.
