A96 blocked after car and van crash

A busy Aberdeen road has been blocked following a collision between a car and a van.

The crash, on the A96 Inverurie Road at the Bucksburn roundabout at around 1.10pm, caused the van to roll onto its side.

It is not thought that anyone has been hurt.

A police spokeswoman said: “The road has been obstructed and is closed east-bound.

“There are no injuries reported at the moment but we are still on scene.”
